Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mayil Moda believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy, please note the following:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order and before the order has been shipped from our side.
  • Once an order has been communicated to our shipping partners and the shipping process is initiated (i.e., the tracking number has been generated), the order cannot be canceled.

Refund & Replacement Policy (Damaged/Defective Items)

  • No Returns Policy: We strictly do not accept returns for items once they have been delivered, unless they are proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Proof of Damage Requirement: In case of receipt of a damaged or defective item, you must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt of the products.
  • Crucial Condition: The replacement or refund request will only be entertained if the customer provides a complete, uncut, and unedited unboxing video of the package. This video must clearly show the package being opened from its original state and the damage being identified for the first time. The request will be processed only after our team has thoroughly reviewed the provided video proof and determined the item is genuinely damaged or defective.

Product Discrepancies

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or is not per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

  • In case of any refunds approved by Mayil Moda, it will take 6-8 business days for the refund amount to be processed to the end customer.
